What is Shilajit?
Shilajit is a natural resin that forms over centuries from decomposed plant matter in the high-altitude rocks of the Himalayas. Rich in fulvic acid, trace minerals, and antioxidants, it’s known to support energy, stamina, cognitive function, and overall vitality. Often referred to as a “destroyer of weakness” in Ayurvedic tradition, Shilajit helps the body absorb nutrients more effectively and adapt to physical and mental stress.

HOW TO USE
How do I take The Elements Vault Shilajit?
We recommend the following:
• Break off a rice grain–sized piece (~300–500mg)
• Dissolve it in warm water, tea, or milk
• Take once daily in the morning or early afternoon
Avoid using with chlorinated water or metal utensils.
Unlike many solid, over-processed blocks, our Shilajit retains its natural, sticky resin consistency. This texture is a sign of minimal processing; if it becomes too warm and soft, just pop it in the fridge for 10 minutes to harden.
How much should I take per day?
Most users take 300–500mg once per day. Start small and listen to your body. You may gradually increase if needed, but do not exceed 1g daily unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Yes, but always consult your healthcare provider, especially if you’re on medication. Shilajit can complement other natural supplements.

Is your Shilajit tested for heavy metals and contaminants?
Yes. Every batch is third-party lab tested for:
• Heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium)

Certificates of Analysis are available on the back of every pack so you can see at batch level the purity and heavy metals testing.
Is it vegan and free from additives?
Absolutely. Our resin contains only 100% pure, sun-dried Shilajit — no binders, fillers, or artificial preservatives.

Do you ship internationally?

How long does UK delivery take?
For UK orders, we typically dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.
Do you accept returns?
We accept unopened, unused items returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first to arrange a return.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
How should I store the Shilajit resin?
Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Reseal the pouch after each use. No refrigeration is required.
What’s the shelf life?
Our Shilajit resin lasts up to 5 years when stored correctly. Check the pouch for the “Best Before” date.

Is Shilajit safe to take long-term?
For healthy adults, Shilajit can be taken long-term as a daily wellness supplement. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor first.
Can I give this to children?
We do not recommend Shilajit for children unless advised by a healthcare professional.
